
Customer Service Technician
SaskTel's Customer Service Technician (CST) positions provide high quality customer service with the installation, maintenance, repair and removal of customer equipment, outside plant facilities and switching equipment in remote areas. Entry level and more senior CST positions exist in the corporation, located throughout Saskatchewan.
Requirements:
The education requirement ranges from Level 30 Math to a Certificate in Electronics or Computer Science Technology. A valid driver’s license is required depending on the level of the CST position. All successful candidates must have the ability to work independently, have general knowledge of personal computers and various software applications, possess good communication skills and have the ability to deal effectively with others.
